This weekend is the Long Course Weekend in Tenby, West Wales.

This is an amazing weekend of Long Distance Triathlon racing. The component parts of a long distance (Ironman) Triathlon are raced over three days instead of one. This gives aspiring athletes a chance to test themselves over the three disciplines before tackling them all in a single day.

I'd like to take this opportunity to wish my fellow competitors good luck. We're all in this together!

This quiet seaside village will be transformed into an athletes hive of activity for the weekend and the atmosphere is incredible. Ifyou get the chance I'd encourage you to visit and support all those suffering...sorry I mean enjoying their efforts.
