Apologies in advance but as of Wednesday 11th October to Monday 16th October we will be away from the office. While the phone will still be on and you can contact us with emergency calls, Rob is racing a Triathlon in Paguera, Mallorca. The event is a Middle Distance race and comprises 1.9km Swim in Open Water (1.2 Miles) 90km Bike ride (56miles) and 21.1km Run (13.1miles). It'll be tough but I hope to complete the event with a smile, or at the very least a grimace.
