A former Royal Marine, Rob has worked within the construction industry for over twenty years. Working his way from labouring on site through to managing building contracts, refurbishment projects and Facilties Management Companies, he has the required experience and qualifications to provide your company with the peace of mind that the Health & Safety systems he has designed and written are suitable and sufficient to cover your obligations to the laws and regulations and protect your employees, sub-contractors and visitors.

 

Working in the Middle East allowed Rob to see enourmous construction projects which are carried out on a scale rarely seen in Europe, let alone the UK. From Multi Crane Developments and tens of square miles civil engneering projects to regional quarrying activity and super heavy lifts in oil fields, it all provided valuable experience which he retains and applies efficiently and effectively.

 

Rob has also worked on Industrial Rope Access & Rescue and Confined Space sites. This gives him practicable knowledge of sites requiring difficult access methods and works at height. To quote one particular client: "Rob has a deep level of understanding of many aspects of building maintenance and construction".

 

Creating safe systems of work to oversee a maintenance team covering reactive calls throughout the UK, Rob has worked with a Facilities Management Company to provide Risk Assessments, Method Statements, Accepted Codes of Practice and a Training Programme to ensure the 20 strong team have the required knowledge base to carry out their work safely and without harm to others.

 

More recently we have worked with companies within Heavy Plant Hire, Solar PV and Renewable Energy Installers, Electrical Contractors and Domestic Refurbishment Contractors. We have the breadth of knowledge to provide you with a suitable safety system that is easy to implement and monitor.
